Q. When is the right time to stage my home?

You should stage your home right before you put it on the market so you make that first great impression.

Q. My home has been on the market for quite some time.
Should I reduce the price and have you come stage it?

Stage the house first since the price of staging is less than a price reduction.
After staging, you may even be able to increase the price back to the original selling price.

Q. What does a redesign appointment involve?

We will first interview you to determine your objectives, functions of your rooms, and likes/dislikes
of the rooms to be redesigned. We will then evaluate the rooms to be addressed and give you an
estimate based upon an hourly timeframe.

Q. Why can't I sell my house " as is" and let the buyer make the changes?

Today's buyer is much more interested in a home that is move-in ready and free from
the previous owner's personality. In a buyers' market, buyers can select homes that
are new or in pristine condition. In a sellers' market, homes that have been properly
prepared for sale demand a higher asking price than their competition.
